The Undead - “still The Undead…after all these years”

In 1981, former Misfits second guitarist Bobby Steele formed the Undead. More than 25 years later they’ve put out “still The Undead…after all these years”, featuring 7 studio songs, as well as 12 live (or would that be undead) recordings, culled from their limited edition 45’s series, The result is a ferociously fun CD of the type of punk rock I love. I don’t want to call it “real punk rock”, because the stuff that passes for punk these days on the Warped Tour is “real” to a lot of people. But if you, like me, prefer your punk rock to be more in the vein of The Misfits, The Ramones, and other “classic punkers” (as well as some more recent punk bands like Nerve Tonic), as opposed to whatever hot young band is on Warped this summer (insert their name here), then you need to get this album.
