Full Minute Of Mercury - "CD sampler"
When Full Minute of Mercury put out their CD, "alive again", a few years ago, I thought it was great female fronted pop-punk rock with really catchy tunes and some metal riffs (and an obvious homage to Iron Maiden on the cover of the CD). In 2006 several members left the band, including the lead singer, but now they're back with a new lead singer, and thankfully, their sound has not changed much. New lead singer, Rachel Melnykovich, fits in with the already established Full Minute of Mercury sound perfectly, adding something of her own to the 3 new songs on this sampler (a full CD is due later this year). Whether you've been a long-time fan of this Virginia based band, or are first hearing of them now, I implore you to check out their music right now.
