Point Pleasant based artist/band Evergreen File is among a diverse group of independent musicians named as finalists of the 7th Annual Independent Music Awards. Evergreen File has been steadily building a strong fan base and local /national recognition with their 2007 self-titled release. The band blends a mix modern folk-rock and rock to create an extremely unique sound and has been performing with local and national acts including the American icons New Riders of the Purple Sage.

IMA Finalists will now advance to the final round of judging by a distinguished group of influential artists and industry insiders.
