GFW 2011: Concert to Benefit Global Fund for Women. April 7 2011 at Maxwell's, Hoboken

HOBOKEN, NJ - The 3rd-annual Concert to Benefit Global Fund for Women will be held once again at historic Maxwell’s in Hoboken. Taking place on April 7 2011, the show will feature performances by Nick Wager, Aunt Ange, clueLess Allstars, and Icewagon Flu. Be sure to come early for dinner because the food here is amazing. There will also be discounted parking available nearby.

Hosted by writer Stephen Bailey, organized by musician Nelson Pla and presented by Clueless Events, GFW 2011 will bring awareness to -- and raise money for -- the important work of Global Fund for Women.

Global Fund for Women is an international network committed to a world of equality and social justice. Founded in 1987, this nonprofit organization defends women’s rights by making grants to support women’s groups. They promote the economic security, health, safety, education, and leadership of women and girls worldwide.

This year’s benefit show will have another fantastic line up of bands, local heroes, and surprise guests. You don’t want to miss this show. So spread the word and help us rock out for a great cause.
